30 Day Gratitude Challenge Journal Prompts
The 30 day gratitude challenge promotes being intentional daily to the opportunities to be grateful for the people, places and things in your life currently. Use the enclosed journal in the Power Box to write and/or draw what you are most grateful for each day. Remember, the journal should provide a positive reflection of your day as a reminder on more difficult days of all you have to be grateful.
